They are authentic and fun to play. The titles are in Austrian with English translations and also the phonetic pronunciation for the Austrian. The music is from various provinces in Austria and include waltzes,marches, mazurkas, polkas,and laendlers. I love the h|About the Author|Beth Weber has taught Suzuki violin and folk fiddle since 1979. She has arranged most of the folk music she uses, to co-ordinate with other classical teaching methods she employs. She is the founder and director of The Sandpoint Violin Academy,

This book of sheet music contains 18 traditional folk dance tunes from Austria arranged in authentic Austrian fiddle style with harmonies. The music is great fun to play and dance to. Tunes include waltzes, wedding dance, marches, polkas, landlers, mazurkas, and masolkas. The book is bound with a comb binding so it lays nice and flat on a music stand. All of the tunes were transposed from field recordings in various areas of Austria.
